WatNeo is a web-based SaaS platform owned, operated, and managed in its entirety by MS Digital Consultant (referred to as "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of business information, developer credentials, and contact lists uploaded or configured through our portals.

2. Information Collection

To provide direct WhatsApp Business Cloud API access, we collect the following classes of data:

• Account Profile Data: Business name, owner name, contact email, WhatsApp helpline numbers, billing addresses, and business registration files (GSTIN, PAN, utility bills) uploaded for KYC.
• Meta Developer Credentials: App IDs, System User Tokens, WABA IDs, and Phone Number IDs. These keys are encrypted in transit and at rest and are used solely to query Meta APIs.
• Recipient Data: Phone number lists uploaded by you to launch campaign broadcasts.
• Message Payloads: Text, images, variables, and links sent/received via your custom integrations to facilitate delivery logging.

3. How We Use Your Data

MS Digital Consultant uses the collected information strictly for:

• Configuring and executing WhatsApp campaign operations requested through your account dashboards.
• Verifying the legitimacy of your business accounts to prevent spam and comply with Meta Business policies.
• Processing payments and ledger bookkeeping for prepaid wallet credit recharges.
• Serving customer support requests, API error diagnostics, and system alert updates.

4. Data Safety, Privacy & Zero Sharing

We value your business trust. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your contact lists, client directories, or message contents with third-party advertising companies or data brokers. All database logs, API handshakes, and dashboard traffic are protected using industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) encryption mechanisms.

5. Cookies usage

We utilize secure session cookies strictly to handle client authentication and security tokens inside workspace dashboards. No third-party tracking, advertising, or profiling cookies are deployed within our application spaces.

6. Data Retention & Control

You retain absolute ownership of all campaign lists and templates. You may purge lists or delete your integration configurations from your account dashboard. System log histories, including message delivery status responses, are retained for analytical purposes and bookkeeping before being archived or pruned automatically.
